Green Commercial Systems takes a custom approach to creating a solar energy solution for your business. Whether your business is a medical office, apartment building, or manufacturing plant, your energy needs are unique, and GCS can provide the right system for you.

Energy Analysis

Our team will run an energy audit and determine how much energy you use and when. We obtain 12 months of electric bills either through our 3rd party UtilityAPI service or with your electric bill statements. This is input into our analysis program and will help determine the size of a system that is needed.
Satellite Layout of Panels

Preliminary engineering is done on the roof to determine the amount of available space and the number of panels that can be placed. This will be used by our sophisticated software to determine the amount of electricity that can be produced.
Needs and Benefits

Proposal

Based on our conversations we prepare a solar energy solution and show you the cost/benefit analysis of going solar. This will reflect the desired components including battery storage and carport shade structures if desired, as well as the price of the system.
Cash Flow

We can show you the benefits of paying cash for solar or discuss various financing options.
Agreement

Your solar agreement will outline the exact equipment for your desired solar solution as well as the payment schedule.
Timeline

This will vary on every project. Each city or utility has its unique hoops to jump through on any solar construction project and we will navigate them in as timely a manner as possible. Special care is taken to update you on every step, keeping you in the loop on the progress.
Professional Installation

Our team of installers will work quickly and efficiently using established safety and installation procedures. They work hard to keep the construction areas clean and neat and stay out of the way of your working area. Special care is taken to minimize any impact on your daily schedule.
Turn The Power On

This is the final and most exciting step of the solar process. Once the utility company gives us the approval, you get to flip the switch to start generating your own clean solar electricity.
